Bookings
All bookings are made online through our booking system (Acuity Scheduling) and are subject to availability.
A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Health Guidelines.
If you are booking on behalf of a group, you are responsible for ensuring all members of your group are aware of and comply with these terms.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of booking is the price you pay.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session: full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session: are non refundable or subject to reschedule.
No-shows (failure to arrive without notice): no refund or credit will be issued.
To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. equipment failure, severe weather). In this case, a full refund or alternative booking date will be offered.
Sauna Rules & Code of Conduct
The following rules apply to all guests at all times:
Swimwear must be worn at all times. Nudity is not permitted.
Please shower before entering the sauna.
Sit or lie on a towel inside the sauna at all times for hygiene purposes.
Alcohol, illegal substances, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna to prevent burning.
Please wear appropriate footwear (e.g. flip flops) when moving between areas to prevent slipping.
Respect other guests — aggressive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.
Please leave the facility clean and tidy for the next guests.
Mobile phones and photography in changing areas are strictly prohibited.
Atlantic Cove Sauna is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Health & Safety
By booking, you confirm that you are in suitable health to use a sauna. Please read our Health Guidelines (available on our website) before booking.
You must not use the sauna if you are pregnant, have an uncontrolled heart condition, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If you have any health concerns, consult your GP before booking.
Atlantic Cove Sauna reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who appears unwell, intoxicated, or otherwise unfit to use the sauna safely.
We are not liable for cancellations, disruptions, or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Liability
Atlantic Cove Sauna takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of our guests and facilities.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from failure to follow our sauna rules or health guidelines.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
