SAUNA NECESSITIES
Two Towels
You'll need one towel to sit on inside the sauna and one to dry off afterwards.
Suitable Footwear
Please leave footwear outside the sauna. Flip flops are ideal for moving between areas.
Swimwear
Swimwear is required at all times. Nudity is not permitted. :)
NICE TO HAVE
Sauna Hat
Protects your head from the intense heat and lets you stay in longer and more comfortably. Highly recommended!
Sauna/Changing Robe
Makes the changing before and after much easier and makes relaxing between rounds much more comfortable.
Water Bottle
Staying hydrated is essential, bringing your own bottle is always a good idea.
