Package & Session Pass Policy

• Personal use only

Our session packages and passes are strictly personal and non-transferable. They may only be used by the person who purchased them. Each session booked using a package code must be in the name of the original purchaser.

• Non-transferable

Package codes cannot be shared, gifted, or transferred to another person. If you would like to purchase sessions for someone else, please purchase a Gift Certificate instead — these are designed specifically for gifting and will generate a separate personal code for the recipient.

• Name verification

We reserve the right to verify the name on your booking against the original package purchaser at the time of your session. Any booking made under a different name using a package code will not be accepted, and entry to the sauna will be refused without refund.

• Booking one session at a time

Package sessions must be booked individually. Each session is for the named purchaser only and cannot be used to book multiple people into the same or different time slots simultaneously.

• Expiry

Packages are valid for 60 days from date of purchase. Expired sessions are non-refundable.

• Non-refundable

Session packages are non-refundable once purchased. If you can no longer use your remaining sessions due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly and we will do our best to help.
